85th Annual Meeting

Itasca-Mantrap's 85th Annual Meeting will take place Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Itasca-Mantrap Electric Cooperative. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., with lunch to be served. This year's lunch will be catered by "Main Street Meats".

This meeting will include the election of the directors for districts 1, 2 and 3, reports from the Board Chair and CEO, an update on Itasca-Mantrap business and a presentation from 2025 Youth Tour Delegate Grace Officer.

Director elections will be held for three-year terms for districts 1, 2 and 3. 

Prizes will be given away during the Annual Meeting, which include floral arrangements and five $200 energy certificates.
