84th Annual Meeting

Itasca-Mantrap's 84th Annual Meeting will take place Thursday, June 12, 2025, at the Itasca-Mantrap Electric Cooperative. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., with lunch to be served. This year's lunch will be catered by "Main Street Meats".

This meeting will include the election of the directors for districts 4 and 5 (by acclamation), reports from the Board Chair and CEO, an update on Itasca-Mantrap business and a presentation from 2024 Youth Tour Delegate Sean Ward.

Director elections will be held for three-year terms for districts 4 and 5. Incumbent Al Czeczok and challenger Dale Johnson are the candidates for District 4. Incumbent Nancy Utke was uncontested and will be re-elected by acclamation for district 5.

Voting online will close on June 10 at 5:00 p.m. Check your email for an "election passcode" that was provided to you by Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS).

Prizes will be given away during the Annual Meeting, which include floral arrangements and five $200 energy certificates.
